We never publish it. It is used only to check the listing against the register – checked listings get the label “Land register checked by POLODOM”, which buyers trust more.

Where do I find the land-register number?
  1. On the land-register extract (odpis z księgi wieczystej): at the top of the first page, next to “Numer księgi wieczystej”.
  2. In the notarial deed (akt notarialny): in the first paragraphs, in the description of the property, after the words “prowadzi księgę wieczystą nr”.
  3. Also on the court notice of registration, in the mortgage loan agreement and on the housing-cooperative certificate. None of these at hand? The notary who handled your purchase, or your bank, can give you the number.

The number has three parts: a four-character court code, eight digits and a check digit, e.g. WA1M/00000000/0.
